With 12 years of experience in Public Relations, 8 years spent as a political, business and investigation journalist, an MA in International Relations and European Affairs, and a BA in Political Science, she is devoted, relentless, efficient, strategic, analytical, focused and strong-minded.

Ana has provided PR advisory services for some of the most valuable global brands in Romania and Dubai / the UAE, developing and rolling out corporate communication strategies and campaigns across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and Turkey.

She is a trainer for spokespeople and one of the very few crisis communication specialists in Romania, with a 100% successful track record in crisis situations and prevention projects.

Starting his career at Accenture, one of the world’s largest management consultancies, he transitioned to the client side for 20 years gaining vast experience at EMEA VP and Chief Marketing Officer levels for technology companies including Electronic Arts, Virgin, Deutsche Telekom, Etisalat.

Steve now operates as a Board advisor for leading financial institutions and technology organisations.

He has the uncanny ability to immediately grasp business operations and provide recommendations for developing and sharpening the go-to-market areas, to increase penetration and deliver upon business objectives.

Madalina brings a BA in Public Relations and 9 years of creative work experience gained while executing PR projects, digital and brand marketing campaigns for more than 50 global and local brands.

She has also experienced the client side of communication, whilst working for 3 years for the largest shopping centre in Central and Eastern Europe, NEPI Rockcastle.

Content creation, project management, digital strategy, social media management, influencer management, and graphic design – are Madalina’s strengths.

Mihaela comes with 12 years of extensive experience in journalism and editorial management, in newsrooms such as Mediafax news agency, Realitatea TV news station, Avocatura.com (legal news media outlet), Viata Libera or Monitorul de Galati (local press).

In 2023, Mihaela was press officer and spokesperson for the Ministry of Education where she successfully managed difficult communication situations (such as the teachers' strike and the adoption of one of the most important packages of laws on education over the last 30 years).

At Lighthouse PR, Mihaela is in charge with developing strategic content, maintaining the relationship with media, provide support on crisis communication and ensure communication strategies and plans are implemented accordingly.
